Shipping and Return Policy for NSPIRE Sports
Please note for hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on worn products.
Shipping Policy 1. Shipping Methods and Costs
- NSPIRE Sports offers various shipping methods within the Netherlands and, where applicable, internationally.
- Shipping costs are calculated based on destination, package size, and weight, and are clearly displayed during checkout.
- Free shipping may be offered for orders above a certain amount. Details are available on our website.
2. Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1-2 working days after payment receipt.
- If a product is temporarily out of stock or processing takes longer, the customer will be notified as soon as possible.
3. Delivery Time
- NSPIRE Sports aims to deliver orders within 2-5 working days, depending on the chosen shipping method and destination.
- Deliveries may be delayed by factors outside our control, such as holidays or carrier congestion.
4. International Shipping
- International shipments may incur additional costs and have longer delivery times.
- The customer is responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applicable in the destination country.
Return Policy 1. Right of Withdrawal and Return Period
- Private customers can return their purchase within 14 days of receipt without stating a reason.
- Business customers can request a return, but conditions depend on the specific order and must be agreed upon in advance.
2. Return Conditions
- To be eligible for return, products must be unused and returned in the original packaging.
- Non-returnable items include: opened hygiene products and custom-made products, unless a defect is identified.
3. Return Procedure
- Customers must register their return within the 14-day return period by contacting info@nspiresports.nl.
- After receiving return instructions, customers can send their package to the specified return address. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless it involves an error or defective product from NSPIRE Sports.
4. Refunds
- Once returned products are received and inspected, the customer will receive confirmation within 10 working days.
- If the product meets return conditions, the purchase amount will be refunded using the original payment method.
- Initial shipping costs are only refunded if the entire order is returned.
5. Exchange
- For product exchanges, we advise customers to return the original product and place a new order through the website.
6. Defective or Incorrect Deliveries
- If a product is defective or does not match the order, customers should contact info@nspiresports.nl within 7 days of delivery to receive a solution such as replacement or refund.
